Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026. SiftLodge ("we", "us") is a service of SiftLodge LLC, a US limited liability company.

Our service

SiftLodge provides housing sourcing and placement services to businesses (insurance housing specialists, relocation agencies, staffing firms, and corporate mobility teams). We identify, verify and present temporary housing options in response to client requests.

Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our placement fee is due only upon execution of a lease for a property sourced by SiftLodge. Submitting a request creates no payment obligation.

No brokerage of real property

SiftLodge is a housing placement and referral service. We are not a party to any lease between clients, occupants and property owners, and we make no warranty as to the condition of any property. Final lease terms are agreed between the signing parties.

Accuracy of information

Property information (availability, pricing, amenities) is confirmed with property owners at the time of presentation but may change before lease signature. We update clients promptly when material changes come to our attention.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any request or placement shall not exceed the fees actually paid to us for that placement.
