When you submit a housing request or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email, phone number, and the details of the housing requirement (location, budget, dates, occupants, pets, notes).
How we use it
- To source, verify and present housing options in response to your request.
- To communicate with you about your request and our services.
- To maintain internal records of placements and requests.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as required to fulfil your housing request (e.g. confirming availability with a property owner) or as required by law.
Data retention
Request records are retained for as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing placements@siftlodge.com.
